With over 15 years of clinical experience, my approach to therapy is both personalized and collaborative. I focus on understanding your unique needs, identifying patterns that may be holding you back, and helping you build healthier ways of thinking, feeling, and relating to others. Together, we will work toward creating positive change, helping you feel more confident and empowered in your own life.
I specialize in treating individuals struggling with addiction, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions. Over the course of my career, I have worked within a wide spectrum of care settings, including residential programs, partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and traditional outpatient care.
